We’re looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join our busy accident repair centre in Derby.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled automotive professional with experience in panel beating, bodyshop repairs and accident damage repair who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles

Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels
-
Removing, fitting and aligning panels to manufacturer specifications

Completing accident damage and bodyshop repairs to a consistently high standard

Using modern panel repair techniques, tools and equipment
-
Carrying out MIG/MAG welding where required
-
Working to manufacturer repair methods and technical specifications
-
Achieving agreed productivity and quality targets

Ensuring all work is completed safely and accurately

Working closely with technicians, estimators and other members of the bodyshop team
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience working as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, Bodyshop Technician or Vehicle Panel Technician
-
Experience within an automotive bodyshop, accident repair centre or vehicle repair environment
-
Strong panel beating and vehicle body repair skills
-
Competence in MIG/MAG welding and modern repair techniques
-
ATA accreditation, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent automotive qualification is desirable
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
A strong focus on quality and workmanship
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy workshop team

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
