Join the UK’s leading accident repair group – where excellence, innovation, and integrity drive everything we do.

This is more than a standard VDA opportunity. As part of Steer Luxury, you'll be working within a specialist accident repair environment where craftsmanship, technical expertise and exceptional repair standards are at the heart of everything we do.

You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most prestigious and technically advanced vehicles, carrying out detailed assessments and ensuring every repair is completed in line with exacting manufacturer standards.

We welcome applications from experienced VDAs from across the accident repair industry. Previous experience within a luxury, prestige or manufacturer-approved environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential. If you have strong estimating experience, excellent technical knowledge and are ready to take the next step into the luxury vehicle repair sector, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
  • Preparing clear and cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
  • Working closely with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
  • Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry
  • ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
  • Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A detail-oriented individual who values accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity

What We Offer

  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Access to the latest tools, systems, and industry innovations
  • A supportive working environment focused on teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement
  • Real career progression across a growing, national business with a reputation for excellence
