Job Description
Due to company growth we are seeking a business development manager to drive our business forward across various energy sectors. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of recruitment consultants focused on specific energy markets.
We are looking for a strong leader to drive productivity and build on the team’s successes. You will have experience managing a recruitment team and understand the processes, methods and value of contract recruitment. You will be responsible for managing team activity, developing experienced recruiters and building knowledge of our talent pools within energy sectors.
We are an innovative company entering an exciting period of growth.
Qualifications
- Degree educated
- +4 years experience in the recruitment industry with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of success
