We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at live events. The role is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The Security Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel, coordinate with event management, and respond effectively to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate security staff during events, ensuring all duties are carried out effectively.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with security teams.
  • Oversee crowd management, access control, and guest screening procedures.
  • Monitor event premises to identify and respond to safety or security risks.
  • Handle incidents, emergencies, and disturbances calmly and professionally.
  • Liaise with event organizers, venue management, emergency services, and law enforcement when required.
  • Ensure compliance with venue policies, licensing conditions, and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate incident reports and shift logs.

Requirements

  • Valid security licence (e.g., SIA Door Supervisor licence in the UK, if applicable).
