As the Caretaker you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the building and its grounds. In your role you will be the main point of contact for residents and contractors.
Duties required will include:
- Conducting regular site inspections of the development.
- General cleaning of the communal parts of the building and its grounds, including spot cleaning of the carpet.
- Painting and decorating.
- Ensuring that incidents are reported and recorded wherever they occur within the site.
- Completing required shift reports.
- Carrying out visual checks across the site to prevent any loitering, thefts, trespassing of any kind and reporting any such suspected activities.
- Ensuring the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development.
