Currently for our office in London we are looking for an Administration & HR Officer to join our team. The Administration & HR officer supports the organisation’s operational efficiency by delivering a combination of general administrative services and labour related compliance support such as policy handling, immigration and right to work check and tasks and others. The role ensures that day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly while assisting the business in meeting its obligations under compliance with UK Home Office sponsor licence requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support application and monitoring processes related to sponsored workers and right-to-work compliance;
  • Support the organisation in meeting its duties as a licensed sponsor under the UK immigration system;
  • Assist with internal process documentation and policy updates;
  • Assist with employee onboarding processes, policy updates and HR documentation;
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and management;
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and record keeping;
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes where required;
  • Coordinate internal communications and support team logistics;
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general documentation;
  • Maintain databases and internal administrative systems;
  • Support operational projects and cross-departmental administrative tasks when required.
Your profile:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role;
  • Experience supporting UK immigration or visa processes would be considered as an advantage;
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
