Key Responsibilities
- Supervisedailyconstructionactivitiesonsite.
- Ensureconstructionworksareexecutedinaccordancewith IFCdrawings, technicalspecificationsandapprovedmethodstatements.
- Coordinatesubcontractorsandmonitordailyworkprogress.
- Supportthe Project Construction Managerinplanningandexecutionactivities.
- Reviewconstructiondrawingsandidentifydiscrepanciesbeforeexecution.
- Prepareandmonitorsiteinspectionrequests.
- Coordinatetechnicalqueries(RFIs)withthe Engineering Department.
- Verifymaterialdeliveriesandensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications.
- Monitorconstructionqualityandsupport QA/QCinspections.
- Ensurenon-conformitiesarereportedandcorrectiveactionsareimplemented.
- Assistinplanningconstructionsequencesandworkfronts.
- Coordinateinterfacesbetweencivil, mechanical, electricalandgridconnectionactivities.
- Monitorproductivityandidentifypotentialscheduledelays.
- Supportcommissioningactivitiesandpunchlistclosure.
- Maintainaccuratesiterecords, dailyreportsandprogressupdates.
- Participateincoordinationmeetingswithsubcontractorsandclientrepresentatives.
- Promotesafeworkingpracticesincooperationwiththe HSEteam.
- Required Qualifications

- Minimum3yearsofexperiencewithin EPCconstructionprojects.
- Previousexperienceinutility-scale Solar PVprojects.
- Experienceworkingonprojectslargerthan20MW.
