We’re looking for an Account Manager who is commercially sharp, strategically minded, and builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. You’ll manage up to 5 accounts, acting as the day‑to‑day client lead across performance creative. You’ll work closely with Strategists, Media Buyers, Creatives and UGC teams to deliver high‑performing creative campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in account management, client services or project coordination (agency preferred)
- Exposure to UGC, social‑first creative or performance marketing
- Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and confident with clients and internally
- Commercial awareness—you understand that great outcomes need to be profitable ones
- Organised and process‑driven, comfortable managing multiple accounts without losing grip on the details
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn how performance creative drives growth
- Familiarity with Meta & TikTok ecosystems (conceptually, not buying)
- A proactive, decision‑led mindset—you move with intent, not just instruction
