Our Melbourne-based client is seeking experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPN3) with community care capability to support a new Hospital in the Home service model scheduled to open in early 2026. Positions available to local and international applicants, with visa sponsorship (SID482) on offer for the right candidate.

Essential Criteria

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of three years' full-time or equivalent experience (domestic candidates) or four years' full-time or equivalent experience (international candidates) in mental health settings (acute, community, or crisis intervention)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and contemporary service frameworks
  • Strong assessment, risk management, and therapeutic engagement skills.
