They deliver ROI-driven campaigns for clients across the UK and Europe including well-known brands in education, hospitality, technology, and professional services. As a small, expert team, they pride themselves on hands-on campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and creative strategy. Joining this agency means working closely with the Director and senior media managers, gaining direct mentorship and real-world experience across multiple advertising platforms and client industries.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join the team, based near Albrighton, WV7. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is analytical, data-driven, and confident working with numbers - an Excel guru who enjoys uncovering insights through data. You don’t need years of experience in paid media for the right candidate; full training and development will be provided. What matters most is a passion for learning, accuracy, and a genuine interest in how data drives performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Support account setup, tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Produce reports and insights using spreadsheets and analytics dashboards.
- Assist with creative testing, including ad copy, visuals, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with senior team members on client strategy and performance reviews.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong numerical ability and confidence working with data and metrics.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills - ability to analyse, interpret, and present data clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn quickly and follow structured processes accurately.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience running or assisting with campaigns on Google, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Shopify, or Looker Studio.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, or lead generation.
- Basic creative or design skills (e.g. Canva, Meta Creative Studio).
- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Maths, or similar.
