SJP Recruitment are seeking a senior HR professional to lead Employee Relations, Pay & Reward, Policy, Systems, Recruitment & Trade Union relations. This is a permanent hybrid role based in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR functions including Employee Relations, Pay & Reward, HR Policy, HR Systems, Recruitment, and Trade Union relations
- Develop strategies to strengthen employment relations and attract/retain key talent
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across HR services
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage budgets effectively
Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading HR operations within complex organisations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Trade Unions or equivalent bodies
- Excellent knowledge of HR legislation, policy, and best practice
- Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and delivery
