As a Sales Executive at SiteMinder, you’ll be a hero to small and medium-sized hoteliers. You’ll connect with them, understand their challenges, and show them how our game-changing tech can transform their business, boost their revenue, and simplify their lives. You’re not just selling software; you’re selling a solution you can believe in.

We invest in you, big time. You’ll kick things off with a month-long training and onboarding program that will make you an expert on our products and the industry. From day one, you’ll have a dedicated sales coach, a buddy, and a team leader in your corner, all cheering you on and helping you smash your goals.

Your Mission!

  • Become a Deal Hunter: Uncover new opportunities and show our existing customers some love with killer upsells.
  • Smash Your Targets: Drive sales from start to finish and celebrate the wins with the team.
  • Wow & Win: Craft proposals that impress and negotiate contracts where everyone walks away happy.
  • Keep it Clean: Maintain your pipeline in our CRM (a tidy pipeline is a happy pipeline!).
  • Be the Voice: Channel client feedback straight to our product gurus to make our tech even better.

What We Need From You

  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience would be brilliant but a passion to sell is the key to this role.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects, and great listening skills.
  • Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone.
  • Self-motivation and resilience to show up each day and give your best.
