You sit between the client who reported the job and the tradesperson who will do it. When a date slips, you are the person who knows before anybody has to ask.
What the work is
- Book jobs in with the right trade for the work and the area.
- Arrange access with tenants and agents, and confirm the day before.
- Keep every job in Plan@Job up to date, so nobody has to ask where something is.
- Move fast when a job falls over, and tell the client before they find out on their own.
What we need from you
- You have scheduled, dispatched or coordinated work before, in trades, logistics, care or something similar.
- You are organised in a way other people can see, not just in your head.
- You are comfortable on the phone all day, with tenants and with tradespeople.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
