About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with customers throughout their kitchen-buying journey, creating inspirational and functional kitchen designs while driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer consultations to understand requirements, budgets, and lifestyle needs.
  • Design bespoke kitchen solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.
  • Present designs and quotations professionally and confidently.
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order placement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on quotations and maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

Requirements / Skills

  • Previous experience in kitchen design and kitchen sales.
  • Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving targets.
