About the Client

Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a high-end UK fitted furniture company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, luxury business with a strong reputation, offering quality pre-booked appointments, comprehensive training, and excellent earning potential.

About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to meet elite customers in their very expensive homes, collect design wants and needs, colour and styles and pad out details on what they want to house to allow either the Designer to create on site a beautiful bespoke Bedroom or Dressing room, or if you do not have CAD skills then the visual design department to create bespoke fitted furniture solutions. This is then delivered back to the client a week later by the Designer in a 2nd design appointment, and when agreed, a deposit is taken and a Surveyor will attend the following week to conduct a full Survey and update the client to any minor issues or details and these are agreed on site. The designer would manage the sales process from consultation through to order.

Commission payments are monthly at the end of the month and are paid after Survey Sign off at the next pay date. With no cold calling required, all quality, pre-booked appointments are arranged by the company, allowing you to focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and maximising sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend our pre-booked quality, in-home customer appointments.
  • Carry out initial site surveys and take full and detailed information on the customer wishes from this consultations, to provide placement, style, colour and internal cabinet layout requirement to Head office to create the design pack. The Designer can do the designing if they prefer and have the CAD skills.
  • Rebook a follow up appointment to deliver Design pack and close sales.
  • Our head office create room layouts using CAD-based design software.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Accurately complete all required sales documentation.

Requirements / Skills

  • An eye for detail and previous Design skills to be able to discuss knowledgeably the options and deliver beautiful designs.
  • Previous Design sales or very high end sales experience is useful.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, motivated, and self-driven attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Own reliable vehicle with business insurance.
  • Own laptop and mobile phone.
  • Comfortable working on a self-employed, commission-only basis.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • CAD experience is beneficial but not essential as the Design department can do all this work for you.
