£55,000–£65,000 | London | Hybrid

We’re working exclusively with a highly regarded brand and design studio to hire a newly created In-House PR & Communications Manager.

Part of a wider global creative group, the studio works with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, creating ambitious brand identities, experiences and campaigns across multiple sectors. With teams across London and the US, it has built an excellent creative reputation and a portfolio spanning major global businesses alongside disruptive growing brands.

They’re now looking for someone to take ownership of PR and communications and build greater awareness of the studio, its work and its people.

This is a hands-on, standalone role with earned media at its core, but plenty of scope to shape the wider communications approach and develop bold, creative ideas that build profile and cultural relevance.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning PR and media relations across design, branding, creative, marketing, business and culture media
• Developing stories and campaigns around new work, clients and studio news
• Building a consistent pipeline of PR beyond individual project launches
• Developing thought leadership and profiling senior and creative talent
• Creating articles, case studies, LinkedIn and social content
• Managing awards, speaker opportunities, events and other profile-building activity
• Developing campaigns, activations or stunts that generate attention
• Working closely with senior stakeholders and new business to connect communications activity to commercial priorities
• Collaborating with international teams on global opportunities

About you

We’re looking for someone with strong PR and communications experience within the creative industries, either in-house or from a PR agency working with creative‑sector clients.

You’ll need:

• Strong hands‑on media relations experience and relevant journalist relationships
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Experience across thought leadership, case studies and executive profiling
• Confidence working directly with senior and creative stakeholders
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach – you’ll generate ideas rather than wait for briefs
• The ability to think strategically while still enjoying hands‑on delivery
• Collaborative approach

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 DOE

Location: Central London – 2 days per week in the office
