About the Senior Account Director Role

We're looking for a sharp, culturally fluent Senior Account Director to act as a senior strategic lead across global consumer accounts in gaming, entertainment and drinks. You'll build trusted senior-level relationships, steer high-performing teams and help shape bold, creative campaigns.

This is a senior client-facing role combining strategic counsel, creative thinking, campaign delivery, team leadership and commercial responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a senior strategic lead, providing counsel, building trusted client relationships and challenging thinking where needed.

• Overseeing strategic media and influencer activity, ensuring campaigns are innovative, culturally relevant and impactful.

• Managing budgets, fee structures, scopes of work, reporting and supplier relationships to ensure high-quality and commercially effective delivery.

• Leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams, with responsibility for resourcing, performance, morale and team culture.

• Supporting new business and organic growth through pitches, proposals and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.

What They're Looking For

This Senior Account Director role would suit an experienced PR agency professional with circa 6+ years' experience and strong consumer PR credentials. The right candidate will already be operating at Senior Account Director level - the agency will not consider Account Directors taking a step up.

You’ll bring:

• Experience working on household name brands / clients, ideally with both UK and global campaign experience.

• Strong judgement, problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge client thinking constructively.

• Strategic thinking, with experience developing creative decks, proposals and culturally relevant campaigns.

• Natural leadership with the ability to motivate, develop and raise standards across high-performing teams.

• A commercial mind-set and passion for creativity, culture and fast-paced work.

For the Successful Senior Account Director

The Senior Account Director will receive a basic salary between £60k and £70k, plus a range of benefits.
