As a Graduate Technology Consultant at Retail Reply, you will support the development and implementation of innovative retail technology solutions. Working with experienced teams, you'll gain hands‑on experience in areas like data analytics, digital transformation, and e‑commerce, helping clients improve their digital capabilities and customer experiences. This role offers a valuable opportunity to kick‑start your career in retail technology consulting and develop your technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- You will be supporting our clients to stay at the forefront of technology by helping them optimise their digital strategies and solving real technology challenges.
- Analysing our clients’ business operating models and helping identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in creating high‑level and low‑level design specifications for digital solutions.
- Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional designs and detailed strategic roadmaps.
- Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign‑off from client on the specifications.
- Provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
About the candidate:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) is required in Computer Science, IT, or a Technology‑related field.
- A passion for the intersection between technology and business.
- Excellent communications skills.
- A passion for solving business problems using emerging technology.
- Flexibility in regards to local and international travel.
- Flexible attitude towards working across different projects in different sectors.
- No previous work experience is required, but a strong education and a hunger to learn.
