About the Role - P2 Production Team Operative (FLT) Salary - £31,833.65 inclusive of shift allowance 42 hours - Shift pattern of 3 on 3 off days and nights Permanent As a Production Team Operative you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.
Your main tasks and duties will be - Performing all duties within the Production department within the Factory to ensure the effective running of process/production lines and associated systems/equipment and being audit ready at all times.
Operating equipment/machinery and supporting the operation of equipment/machinery undertaking fault finding, changeovers, asset care, and basic machine maintenance activities.
Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
Work as part of a team to ensure site achieves targets and customer service.
Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
Operation of counterbalance Double handler FLT.
