General description of role: To facilitate and maintain the highest operational standards within the plant by ensuring the best current work method, for achieving quality, cost, and delivery whilst above all maintaining safety, is in place; providing timely training and assessment of operating staff in line with their job descriptions; implement policy requirements, practices, and training to ensure best practice, legal compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the role : Definition: Wet end (syrup and filling) and Dry end (Packaging and depals/pall) Work closely with team leaders to complete competent SOP's to ensure core operational skills are completed on time in full to the required standards.

Highlight current and future skills and competencies gaps to ensure maximum service delivery is achieved Supporting the team leaders closing their skills gaps using the training 4 box training matrix tool Perform regular process audits / layered confirmation to ensure adherence to standards Accurate record keeping for all Training activities to ensure audit compliance and provision of reports to track progress Maintain and evolve the current \"Buddy\" programme with clear expectations and requirements of the role.

Point of contact for operational training enquiries and requests.

Maintain 4 box standards and related digital systems.

Fully utilise the \"new\" EZ Factory technology to develop competency framework.

Build bespoke in-house materials with key operational stakeholders to deliver a roll plan and monitor effectiveness.

Work with line-based coaches to establish training requirements and the creation of operational training passports, which include skill-based expectations and relevant timing.

Participate and contribute to projects to meet operational goals and objectives; Lead activities to continuously improve work methods The above accountabilities/duties detailed within the Job Description are not intended to represent an exhaustive list of the duties that the job holder may be required to undertake.

Specifically: To take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself/herself and that of other persons who may be affected by his/her acts or omissions To co-operate regarding any duty or requirement imposed on the company, or on any individual by or under any of the relevant statutory provisions, so far as is necessary, to enable that duty or requirement to be performed or complied with To report to his/her immediate manager any hazard which may be discovered at, or in the vicinity of the place of work Profile job holder To provide training administration for operational training (including booking rooms, liaising with course providers where applicable and attendees, and maintaining training records to ensure compliance with industry requirements).

Work in conjunction with Line Managers and where appropriate, using the appraisal system, ensure individual training plans are aligned with business objectives.

Support plans to identify and close training gaps.

Organise and oversee internal/external training courses to ensure that they are fully utilised.

Escalate specific shop floor training needs as they arise for OEM training providers.

Communicate training arrangements with line managers and attendees ahead of time.

Ensure that accurate and up to date records of training are held on the main training database and matrix and employee's files are available for inspection by auditors and internal management.

Review refresher training 'needs' records and communicate with line manager to ensure that refresher training regularly takes place in a timely manner.
