Position Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Accountancy & Finance)
Location: Fully Remote! (Leeds, York or the North East. )
Reports To: Managing Director
Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team. You will be joining their agency to work in their Finance Division where they support the recruitment of practice and industry finance roles by partnering with growing accountancy firms, SMES and large companies to assist in expanding their teams.
Their team supports all roles from junior, senior to board level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join them as they have an established and growing client base.
Applications are open for both: Ideally based in Leeds, York or the North East.

Our client is a specialist recruitment partner for Family Offices, Finance & Accountancy, Legal and HR sectors. They operate globally, with a strong presence in the United Kingdom, Europe, United States of America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
Ideal Candidate
- A strong recruitment background in accountancy recruitment.
- Finance or accounting industry background would be preferred
- Experience in achieving financial targets
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- The ability to organise your own workload
- Self motivated, resilient and driven
- Be able to establish and maintain strong, genuine relationships
