What You'll Be Doing
This is a full 360 recruitment role, combining Business Development with Candidate Recruitment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing your own recruitment desk within a SPG Resourcing's specialist market.
- Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and winning new clients.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into specialist roles.
- Taking job briefs and understanding clients' hiring requirements.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
- Negotiating terms, managing offers and closing deals.
- Growing your network and building a strong pipeline of future opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- At least 12 months' 360 agency recruitment experience, ideally in life sciences market.
- A genuine interest in Business Development and Sales.
- Someone ambitious, motivated and commercially minded.
- Confidence in approaching new clients and building relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the resilience to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and working towards their goals.
- A team player who wants to contribute to a growing business.
