Our client based in Shrewsbury is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their established and rapidly growing company. Working on reception you will be responsible for being the face of the company and the first person people will speak to when they contact the company, so excellent communication skills and great presentation skills are vital.
You must demonstrate a warm and friendly personality and have excellent organisation skills and super attention to detail. You will also assist with the checking of delivery invoices and place these on the system, so good IT skills are also required.
Apart from putting calls through to different departments and taking messages, you will also be responsible for providing refreshments to visitors, the procurement of refreshments, and dealing with the petty cash register. You will also assist with the diary management of the meeting rooms, assist with the cleaning of the meeting rooms and reception area, as well as being on hand to assist with general clerical and admin tasks during busy periods.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a starting salary of £17,000. The company also offers onsite free parking.
