Rec2 Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join a well‑established, high‑growth recruitment business with an outstanding reputation in the market. Established in 2000, the agency operates a successful hybrid model, with a close‑knit team of around seven recruiters who meet weekly. The Director has recently relocated to the Cambridge area to replicate this proven model and build a strong regional presence.

This role would particularly suit an experienced 360 consultant with an established desk who is looking for greater autonomy, backed by strong infrastructure and operational support.

Recruitment Consultant will benefit from:
