Your Role
As an integral part of our team, your mission as an Onboarding Consultant is to ensure a seamless integration of Re-Leased software for our clients. You'll serve as the vital link between our company and customers during the onboarding process. This role can be based anywhere in the UK or join our London office.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding projects and conduct training for new users.
- Assist with data migration and workflow optimizations.
- Act as a liaison between the customer base and our internal teams.
- Influence product development with user feedback.
- Maintain high-quality service with excellent communication skills.
Your Experience
- Experience in the real estate market.
- Proficient data management and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and agile methodologies.
- Background in accounting (NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct etc.) is a bonus.
- Experience of SaaS projects.
- Proven ability to lead online training sessions.
