The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fire Service Engineer to join our growing team in the South East, covering London and Kent. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine service, maintenance, and PPMs on fire alarm systems
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
- Respond to emergency call-outs (on a rota)
- Ensure all work complies with current standards and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Complete all necessary documentation and reporting
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
- Competency with some of the following systems: Kentec, Morley, Advanced, Notifier, Gent, Edwards, Siemens
- Commissioning experience on at least one system: Kentec, Advanced, Siemens, Gent, Morley, Edwards
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
