What you’ll do:
- Work directly with clients, often on-site, to build and deploy Ravical tailored to their environments.
- Use and maintain our internal MCP factory to rapidly develop custom MCPs across a wide range of tools.
- Integrate with both modern and legacy systems to help Ravical become fully tool agnostic.
- Act as the technical bridge between client teams and Ravical's internal engineering and product teams.
- Translate messy, real-world problems into reliable software with fast iteration and high ownership.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of backend or full-stack experience, ideally in Python and TypeScript.
- Strong background integrating APIs, legacy platforms, and fragmented client ecosystems.
- Clear, proactive communicator who can manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and regular travel to client sites across Europe.
- Bonus: experience in consulting, customer engineering, or forward-deployed roles.
