The Role
As an AV Control Systems Programmer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality AV solutions across a wide range of exciting projects. Responsibilities will include:
- Programming AV control systems including Crestron and QSC / Q-SYS
- Developing user-friendly GUI interfaces
- Audio DSP programming and commissioning
- Supporting the design and implementation of AV systems
- Testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning systems
- Collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and technical teams
- Providing technical support where required
- Keeping up to date with emerging AV and control technologies
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in delivering exceptional solutions, and wants to continue developing their technical and commissioning expertise.
The Person
We are looking for someone with strong technical AV knowledge and previous experience programming and commissioning control systems within commercial AV environments. You will ideally have:
- Previous AV control systems programming experience
- Strong understanding of AV systems integration
- Experience with Crestron and/or QSC / Q-SYS programming
- Audio DSP programming experience
- Network design and implementation knowledge
- Crestron certification advantageous
- Dante Level 1 & 2 certifications desirable
- Knowledge of AMX and Extron systems beneficial
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
