We are seeking a motivated and dependable Service Coordinator to join the RA Dalton team in Crook. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and scheduling maintenance, repairs and servicing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and excellent service delivery to our clients. You will liaise closely with both clients and field engineers, manage the service calendar and respond proactively to changing priorities, helping to maintain high operational standards across our wastewater services.

General Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the service team to plan and schedule maintenance, repairs, and servicing appointments for our clients.
  • Efficiently manage and organise the service calendar to ensure optimal allocation of resources and minimise downtime.
  • Communicate with clients to arrange suitable service appointment times and provide relevant information regarding the servicing process.
  • Monitor service requests and prioritise urgent or time‑sensitive tasks accordingly.
  • Coordinate with field service engineers to ensure they have all the necessary information and resources for each appointment.
  • Update and maintain the service database, documenting all relevant details related to service appointments, client information, and service history.
  • Address any scheduling conflicts or unforeseen changes in a prompt and effective manner.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using scheduling software, databases, and other relevant tools.
  • Problem‑solving aptitude to address unforeseen challenges in scheduling and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and provide precise information to the service team.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
