About RA Dalton Ltd: RA Dalton Ltd is a leading specialist in the waste water industry. We specialise in the servicing, maintenance, commissioning and installations of all sewage treatment systems and waste water pump stations across the UK.

Overview: The role will primarily involve carrying out routine servicing, inspection and maintenance of wastewater pump systems and pump stations. The individual will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carry out effective repairs and attend emergency call-outs. They will ensure assets are operating safely, efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This is a field‑based role requiring a practical, hands‑on approach and strong customer interaction.

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to work away from home when required
  • Strong problem‑solving ability with a practical mindset
  • Acts with integrity, consistency and accountability at all times
  • Professional, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload effectively

Previous pump or wastewater industry experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential):

  • CS3 – Confined Space Entry with Escape Breathing Apparatus and Self Rescue Procedures
  • First Aid at Work
  • Water Hygiene
  • CSCS Card
  • Electrical Qualification
