Job Title: Nursing Home Manager - Medium-Sized Nursing Home
Location: East Grinstead, Surrey
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + 5K Welcome Bonus
Award winning care provider looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 65 bed service which requires a strong manager to continue the excellent work and lead a team delivering exceptional person-centred care!
You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals!
Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
- Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Financial management experience
- Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
- Good or Outstanding CQC history
- Nursing PIN is advantageous
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification / experience managing a nursing home
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
- Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
