We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic Finance Director to lead financial operations, drive business performance, and support long-term growth. You will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy, ensuring robust financial management, and providing insights to guide key decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Developing and executing the company’s financial strategy to support business objectives
  2. Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management
  3. Providing strategic financial insights to the senior leadership team and board
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax laws
  5. Implementing financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and governance
  6. Driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business growth and profitability
  7. Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors
  8. Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
  9. Identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and digital transformation within finance

Qualifications

  1. A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive post-qualification experience
  2. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
  3. Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  4. Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
