Learning Support Assistant (KS2)
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Term Time Only - £14.25 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly and supportive team in Key Stage 2.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential and making a positive difference to their educational journey.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning, development and wellbeing both in the classroom and through small group or individual interventions. You will help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience of working with primary-aged children, ideally within KS2.
- Is patient, caring and committed to supporting children's learning and development.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work effectively as part of a team and use their own initiative when required.
- Is able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
