Are you a passionate and committed Learning Support Assistant looking to make a genuine difference to young people's lives? We are recruiting for a full-time LSA to join a welcoming specialist school in Farnham that supports students aged 11-17 with social, emotional and mental health needs. The school is known for its nurturing approach, small class sizes, strong staff-student relationships and commitment to helping young people rebuild confidence, re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.

The role:

  • Full-time position
  • £95 per day
  • Immediate start available
  • Supporting students both in and out of the classroom

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training
  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • A patient, resilient and positive approach
  • Ability to build rapport and act as a positive role model
