Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children with additional needs? We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in the Bordon area on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is a unique Cover LSA position, meaning you won't be assigned to one specific class. Instead, you'll provide support across the school wherever needed, working with a variety of age groups, classrooms and SEND needs. It's the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment and can build positive relationships quickly.
The Role
- Full-time, Monday to Friday

- £93 per day
- Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities
- Providing classroom support across different year groups and classes
- Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom management
- Promoting pupil engagement, confidence and independence
- Helping maintain a safe, positive and supportive learning environment
About You
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable
- SEND experience is beneficial but not essential
- Positive, proactive and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, resilient and caring nature
- Passionate about making a difference in children's lives
