From one of Europe’s most distinctive airports, you’ll captain E190 services for premium business and leisure customers, delivering safety, professionalism and outstanding hospitality within a close-knit team.
- Operate the Embraer 190 on BA Cityflyer’s business, charter and leisure network across the UK and Europe.
- Deliver an excellent flight experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service.
- Work flexibly in a seven-day operation that includes day trips, night stops and tours.
- Contribute to a collaborative flight deck and cabin crew culture, focused on reliability and care.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Minimum 4,000 total hours and 1,500 hours as PIC on commercial jet or turboprop multi-crew aircraft.
- Aircraft criteria: The 1,500 PIC hours must be on an aircraft with an MTOW ≥ 20,000 kg. PICUS not accepted.
- Licence: Current UK CAA Part-FCL ATPL (A), or ability to convert via the CAA EASA transfer process (route 5 or 6).
- Ratings & medical: Current type rating; valid multi-engine IR; valid Class 1 Medical that remains valid for six months after joining.
- Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.
- Desirable: Currently operating as a Captain; E-Jet type rating.
- Verification: Provide a copy of your licence and the last three pages of your logbook; hours and ratings will be checked during screening and assessment.

- Lead safe, efficient E190 operations into and out of London City Airport.
- Support a reliable, customer-focused service in a fast-paced, seven-day environment.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain on-time performance and operational excellence.
