What you'll do
- Operate as a First Officer on One Air's widebody cargo fleet, supporting safe, efficient global operations.
- Apply exemplary CRM, situational awareness and decision-making on every sector.
- Adhere to company SOPs and all regulatory requirements with disciplined professionalism.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture built on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Hours: Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time on aircraft types eligible for ZFTT.
- Licence & medical: Valid UK CAA ATPL and UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted passport permitting worldwide travel.
- Right to work: Already hold the right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
- Type & currency: Current B777/B787 type and instrument rating preferred; applicants with another current type and IR plus recent time on type are also welcomed.
- Experience: Recent widebody and international operating experience preferred; B777/B787 experience within the last 12 months is highly desirable.
- Professional qualities: Strong CRM, sound judgement, polished professionalism, and consistent SOP and regulatory compliance.
- Mindset: Commitment to a long-term career in cargo operations with a growing UK airline.
Rewards, roster & support
- Base salary: Β£78,000 per annum.
- Roster: Fixed 20/10 or 16/8 patterns for predictable time off.
- Per diem: Β£4.50 per hour / Β£108 per 24 hours when operating away from base.
- Overtime: Discretionary overtime for block hours flown above 60 hours per calendar month.
- Leave: 33 days per year, including 8 days in lieu of bank holidays.
- Healthcare: Private company healthcare scheme.
- Pension: NEST contributions at 9% employer and 5% employee.
- Wellbeing: Health Assured EAP Scheme.
- Protection: Loss of Licence Insurance and Life Assurance up to 3x annual salary.
