Your mission

Support the Captain in the safe, efficient conduct of every flight while delivering a refined passenger experience.

  • Execute delegated flight duties in line with company SOPs, aircraft limitations, performance and procedures for the Praetor 600.
  • Provide the Captain with timely advice, information and assistance to ensure safe decision‑making and smooth operations.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of discipline, conduct, appearance and professional expertise as a Flexjet representative; actively support crew morale and teamwork.
  • Perform passenger‑facing duties: greet guests, assist with seating and baggage, and deliver briefings when required.
  • Complete pre- and post‑flight inspections; support flight‑operations administration and effective crew coordination.
  • Report known or suspected safety events and regulatory issues promptly to the Fleet Manager; maintain required medical certification and fitness to fly.
  • Assist with ground tasks as needed, including loading/unloading baggage, snow/ice removal, installing/removing engine covers and routine aircraft cleaning.

What you bring

  • Valid EASA ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
  • ME‑IR (A) on an EASA licence.
  • Either an MCC course certificate or a Multi‑Pilot Rating on an EASA licence.
  • Advanced UPRT (or recent equivalent regulatory training).
  • Minimum flight experience: 2,500 total hours; 500 hours PICUS; 250 hours Multi‑Pilot Instrument Time.
  • English Language Proficiency Level 5 (minimum).
  • Valid EU passport; legal right to live and work in Europe and/or the UK; ability to travel internationally to all Flexjet destinations.
  • Working knowledge of applicable EASA and UK aviation regulations.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills; excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • IT proficient (tablets, email, word processing and web‑based applications); meticulous attention to detail; collaborative mindset; professional appearance and grooming.

Desirable

  • UK CAA ATPL and Medical (desirable, not mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and/or Corporate Aviation operations.

Schedule, reporting lines & conditions

  • Rostered 40‑hour work week with availability for weekends, nights, shifts, public holidays and overnight trips.
  • Functional responsibility to the Captain during flying duties; responsible to the Fleet Manager for duty assignments, training and compliance.
  • Regular exposure to aircraft operating environments, moving mechanical equipment, extreme weather, elevated working areas, aviation fuels, chemicals, lavatory‑servicing fluids and high‑noise airport/aircraft settings.
  • Maintain Class 1 Medical and the physical ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 23 kg.
