Be part of something from the very beginning. D3 Collective have just launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London and we’re looking for experienced, energetic Head Waiters/Waitresses to help bring it to life. Located in the stunning Grade II* listed Pillar Hall, Idalia will serve guests from breakfast through to evening dining, with a menu focused on exceptional British produce. On select evenings, the space will come alive with soul and jazz, creating a vibrant and memorable guest experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new opening, shape the service culture, and grow with a fast-expanding business.
What you’ll be doing
As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service. You’ll lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, looked after, and excited to return.
