D3 Collective has just launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team. Located in the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall, Idalia serves a menu focused on exceptional British produce alongside a carefully curated drinks offering in a vibrant and welcoming setting.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Bartender to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly, whilst making their time with us a memorable one by providing our guests with friendly, and flawless service throughout their experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Bartender role, ideally within large or multi-bar venues
  • Knowledge of cocktails and spirits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, innovative, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Have legal rights to work in the UK
