Are you an Assistant CDM Consultant who is looking to join a supportive environment? Want to learn from an established Senior Consultant?   I’m currently working with a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an Assistant CDM / H&S Consultant to join its growing London team.   The successful candidate will support a Senior CDM & H&S Consultant across a variety of schemes throughout London, gaining exposure to both the technical and client-facing aspects of CDM and Health & Safety consultancy.   The role   You will support the delivery of CDM and H&S services across a diverse range of projects, including: CDM Principal Designer duties and support Pre-construction Health & Safety advice Design risk management and design reviews Health & Safety audits and inspections Construction phase monitoring Preparation and review of H&S documentation Supporting client and design teams with CDM compliance Contractor and consultant liaison Site visits and project meetings  The wider consultancy provides a broad range of Building Surveying, Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Health & Safety, CDM, Development Consultancy and Construction Consultancy services, giving you the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.   The ideal Assistant CDM Consultant   Ideally, you will have some experience within CDM, Health & Safety, construction, surveying, architecture or a related built environment discipline.   You should be commercially aware, personable and confident communicating with clients, consultants and contractors.
