Pear Recruitment – Lettings Manager – Marylebone\\n\\nSalary – £50,000 – £55,000, (Depending on Experience) OTE £90,000 – £100,000\\n\\nOur client an independent Boutique agency is looking for an Experienced Lettings Manager to join their team in a prime central London location, handling a portfolio of high-quality residential properties. This rarely available role is not to be missed. Known for their professional, discreet and client focused approach, they provide a bespoke lettings and property management service tailored to landlords, investors and tenants.

Please contact us for more information.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\n * Oversee the day-to-day management of the lettings department, including valuations, marketing, viewings, offers, referencing, and move-ins.\\n\\n * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing landlords, tenants, and corporate clients, ensuring a high standard of service.\\n\\n * Actively grow the managed property portfolio through business development, networking, and referrals.\\n\\n * Carry out market appraisals and provide landlords with informed, accurate advice on pricing, marketing strategy, and compliance.\\n\\n * Ensure all lettings activity complies with current legislation, ARLA, and RICS requirements, as well as internal company procedures.\\n\\n * Liaise closely with the property management and accounts teams to ensure smooth handovers and tenancy progression.\\n\\n * Prepare monthly performance reports and KPIs for senior management.\\n\\n * Manage, train, and motivate lettings staff to achieve individual and departmental targets.\\n\\nCandidate Profile\\n\\n * Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential lettings, including at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity.\\n\\n * Possess detailed knowledge of the Central/Prime London lettings market.\\n\\n * Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.\\n\\n * Have proven success in business development and growing a managed portfolio.\\n\\n * Be highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working autonomously in a small but dynamic team.\\n\\n * Display outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a polished and professional manner.\\n\\n * Be ARLA-qualified (preferred) or willing to obtain qualification.\\n\\nIf you are interested in this Lettings Manager role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.\\n\\nDue to the number of responses, we receive to our advertisements we are unfortunately unable to respond individually to each applicant.
