As part of a fully localised planning and buying model, you will play a key role in delivering connected customer experiences across the entire customer journey.

Working closely with local and regional stakeholders, you will help translate strategic plans into impactful market activations, ensuring campaigns are relevant, effective and continuously optimised. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, media, commerce and measurement, making it ideal for a commercially minded digital specialist who thrives on driving performance.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration, curiosity, analytical thinking and a deep understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce and performance media.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver integrated digital and eCommerce media plans that support business and client objectives.
  • Activate and optimise campaigns across key performance channels including Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Snap and retail media platforms.
  • Drive growth against client KPIs through advanced bidding strategies, automation and data-led optimisation.
  • Apply eCommerce best practices to improve online sales, revenue growth, customer acquisition and customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure media strategies effectively connect upper and lower funnel activity to maximise overall business performance.
  • Embed testing and experimentation frameworks across campaigns, including audience, creative, landing page and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
  • Leverage first-party data, customer insights and eCommerce analytics to inform targeting, measurement and strategic recommendations.
  • Activate audience strategies through people-based marketing solutions to support acquisition, retention and customer value growth.
  • Partner with local and regional teams to deliver best-in-class campaign activation and ongoing optimisation.
  • Manage project workflows and priorities through Hive, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client requests and briefs, ensuring workload is prioritised effectively and delivery standards remain high.
  • Present insights, recommendations and performance updates clearly and confidently to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience across auction-based digital media buying platforms, including Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager and other programmatic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, retail media and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing client relationships and translating business objectives into effective media strategies.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, conversion optimisation, attribution and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
