We are hiring a Programmatic Cross-Channel Manager to play a pivotal role across managing end-to-end planning and activation of effective cross-channel programmatic campaigns for Aviva.
Sitting within OMD UK’s Programmatic team, this role offers the chance to shape end‑to‑end programmatic strategy across brand and performance campaigns, working across multiple channels. You’ll be working alongside the Programmatic Cross-Channel Business Director, combining hands‑on planning with thoughtful client partnership and team leadership. It’s a role for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration and turning insight into meaningful results.
Responsibilities
- Owning end‑to‑end programmatic delivery from planning through to activation, reporting and optimisation.
- Acting as the day‑to‑day programmatic contact for clients and internal stakeholders, building trusted and productive relationships.
- Developing clear, effective programmatic strategies across Display, Video and Connected TV across a portfolio of DSPs.
- Leading campaign performance reviews, translating data into insight and practical recommendations.
- Working closely with offshore activation teams to ensure high‑quality execution and a strong one‑team culture.
- Managing operational elements including timelines, reporting cycles and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Contributing to wider OM initiatives, sharing best practice and helping evolve how the team works.
Experience
- Experience in programmatic media planning or buying (ideally both) within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and how different channels work together effectively.
- Familiarity with multiple DSPs.
- Confidence managing client relationships and explaining the programmatic ecosystem in a clear, structured way.
- Ability to manage expectations, work at a fast pace, and build strong colleague relationships.
