Our company values:
- Patients first.
- Learn fast.
- Own the quality.
- Succeed together.
- Care deeply.
You’ll be:
- Own and optimise lead conversion performance, including abandoned basket flow experimentation and iterative improvements to retargeting campaigns across paid social and owned channels.
- Develop and execute cross‑sell and upsell programmes that encourage existing patients to explore and adopt adjacent categories, grounded in behavioural data and clinical relevance.
- Build and improve growth loops throughout the funnel, with a focus on maximising referral programme performance and working cross‑functionally to develop new referral capabilities and features.
- Drive incremental revenue through carefully‑segmented promotional campaigns, applying rigorous segment logic to protect margin and long‑term value among high‑performing patient cohorts.
- Lead test‑and‑learn initiatives to validate new growth strategies, channels, and creative approaches across the full funnel.
- Partner with Data and Analytics to measure, report, and act on campaign performance, revenue contribution, and ROI.
- Use segmentation and behavioural insights to deliver personalised, contextually relevant communications at scale.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Paid Media, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure lifecycle and paid channels work in concert, avoiding audience overlap and maximising efficiency.
- Champion experimentation and continuous improvement, staying ahead of CRM, growth marketing, and lifecycle trends.
- Manage growth projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with commercial goals.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing roles with a strong track record of driving measurable revenue impact.
- Sharp commercial acumen; a natural ability to connect campaign decisions to margin, LTV, and business outcomes.
- Hands‑on experience with lead nurture, abandoned basket, and retargeting programmes across owned and paid channels.
- Experience designing and optimising cross‑sell, upsell, and referral programmes at scale.
- Technical fluency in CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Klaviyo, including campaign setup, QA, and automation logic.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable growth hypotheses.
- Experience developing segmentation strategies and personalised communications that protect value for high‑LTV segments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable influencing across teams including Paid Media and Product.
- A proactive, results‑driven mindset and genuine comfort operating in a fast‑moving, commercially driven environment.
Our Benefits Include:
- Share options.
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 the longer you stay with Numan).
- Health insurance with Vitality.
- Electric car salary sacrifice scheme with Octopus.
- Enhanced maternity and parental leave.
- Nursery benefit provided by YellowNest.
- Employee assistance programme (access to therapy, financial planning and discounts).
- Generous pension (includes both employee and employer contributions).
- Flexible working options, including a dog‑friendly office in Farringdon.
- Personal training and development budget via Learnerbly.
- Wellhub membership, giving you access to over 2,000 locations in the UK.
