Site Lead / Site Manager: Robotics, Automation & Fit-Out
Site based, with travel across the UK & Europe
Who we are:
NPSG Europe is a global provider of installation (M&E), integration and fit-out services, specialising in automation, robotics, data centre and MHE projects. We deliver project management services and solutions for eCommerce, retail and intralogistics clients across Europe. Our mission is to empower our customers to excel through innovative, tailored design and installation solutions, driven by our commitment to flawless execution.
About the role:
We are expanding our teams across the UK and Europe and are looking for Site Leads across two disciplines:
- Robotics / Automation β leading on-site operations across large-scale robotics, automation and warehouse technology projects, including industrial and warehouse automated solutions.
- Fit-Out / Construction β leading on-site operations across large-scale fit-out and building modification installation projects.
This is a senior, hands-on and client-facing role. You will be the key on-site representative for NPSG β the day-to-day point of contact for the client and contractors on site. Depending on the project, you will either support the Project Manager and lead in their absence, or take the lead on a smaller project in your own right. You will coordinate all day-to-day installation activities, manage multi-disciplinary crews and agency labour, and ensure installation integrity and strict compliance with all construction and safety standards.
About you
This role suits someone with a technical background in construction, engineering, electrical installation, automation or mechanical systems, who thrives in fast-paced installation environments and enjoys a balance of leadership, planning and practical, hands-on involvement.
- A minimum of two yearsβ experience in a Site Lead, Site Manager, Supervisor or Foreman-level role within construction, engineering, automation or industrial installation.
- A track record of leading teams on live sites, coordinating multiple trades and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.
- Confident representing the business directly with clients on site, communicating progress clearly and resolving issues professionally.
- Solid mechanical and electrical understanding, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts and schematics.
- Comfortable stepping in to support hands-on installation when needed, with the technical confidence to solve problems quickly.
- Clear communicator and strong organiser who champions safety in every aspect of site delivery.
Before you apply: You must have the right to work in the UK or a European country. The role is fully site based and you must be willing to travel and work away for prolonged periods, with a valid passport and driving licence.
