We deliver project management, engineering, and installation solutions for eCommerce, Retail, and Intralogistics clients across Europe. Our mission is to empower our customers to excel through innovative, tailored installation solutions, driven by our commitment to Flawless Execution.

About the Role:

Join our project delivery team as an Inventory Manager, responsible for overseeing all materials entering and leaving our live installation sites. Working within complex, fast-paced logistics environments - often live warehouses operating 24/7 - you will ensure the efficient movement, storage, tracking, and allocation of high volumes of materials, components, and equipment essential to the delivery of automation and robotics projects. You will manage site level inventory processes, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, maintain accurate stock levels, and support installation teams by ensuring materials are available when needed. This role is central to project success and requires strong organisation, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Requirements About You:

  • You’ll have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain roles - ideally within construction, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial environments.
  • You are confident handling high volumes of stock and have strong IT skills, including experience with inventory management systems, Excel, databases, and digital tracking tools.
  • You understand the core principles of supply chain flow, goods-in/goods-out processes, stock accuracy, and the cost impacts of inventory management.
  • Safety qualifications or experience working within controlled site environments are a strong advantage.
  • Candidates must be based in the UK and possess the right to work in that country. Successful applicants must also be willing to travel and work away for prolonged periods and hold a valid passport and driving license.

Why Join Us:

We value our people and prioritise their wellbeing. While benefits vary by country, our rewards package is designed to support your life, health, and career development:

  • Competitive, annually benchmarked salary
  • Matched pension scheme
  • Private medical care (for full-time staff)
  • EAP support & Mental Health First Aiders
  • Global learning and development pathways
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning
