Site based, with travel across Europe.

Who we are: We are a global provider of installation (M&E), integration and fit-out services, delivering end-to-end workplace transformation projects across Europe. Our Warehouse Fit-out team specialises in converting empty building envelopes into fully operational facilities, covering new builds, expansions and retrofits – from facility fit-outs and workstation construction to IT infrastructure, material deployment and strategic safety installations. Our mission is to empower our customers to excel through innovative, tailored design and installation solutions, driven by our commitment to flawless execution.

About the role: This is a development role for someone ready to build a career in project management within large-scale warehouse and industrial fit-out. Working closely with and reporting to an experienced Project Manager, you will support the delivery of facility fit-out projects across Europe – gaining exposure to every stage, from feasibility and planning through physical build-out, snagging and handover.

You will help coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners, track progress against programme and budget, maintain project documentation, and support the day-to-day running of live sites. The work spans the full scope of warehouse and industrial facility transformation, including structural modifications, workstation installations, IT and data cabling, mechanical and electrical services coordination, and health and safety infrastructure. You will also be client-facing on site, learning to build trusted stakeholder relationships. As you develop, you will take on greater responsibility, with a clear pathway toward managing projects in your own right.

Before you apply: This is a fully site-based role requiring significant travel across Europe. You must hold a valid passport and driving licence and be willing to work away for extended project durations.

Requirements About you: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field – or hands-on experience in a site, coordination or project support role within fit-out, refurbishment or construction, and the drive to build a career in project management. A developing understanding of building regulations, CDM requirements and health and safety standards within construction environments. A sharp eye for detail, alongside an awareness of programme and commercial objectives. Clear, confident communication skills, comfortable both with clients and coordinating trades on a live site. A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asta Powerproject or similar is an advantage, as is any exposure to warehouse, industrial or commercial fit-out environments.

Why join us: We value our people and prioritise their wellbeing at every stage of their journey with us. While benefits vary by country, our rewards package is thoughtfully designed to support your life, health and career development. This includes a competitive, annually benchmarked salary; enhanced family leave provisions; and private medical care for full-time staff, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme and dedicated Mental Health First Aiders. We are committed to continuous growth through global learning and development pathways – with structured support to grow into a Project Manager – and provide unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning. Most importantly, we are proud to foster a highly engaged workforce, with our 2025 employee survey showing over 85% satisfaction.
