DESCRIPTION
Due to our rapid and exciting growth we are currently recruiting for Complex Care Support Workers in Doncaster who are BSL Level 2 Trained.
You will be passionate about working with young people in a patient centred environment with Service Users with a variety of Complex needs.
You will be supporting people to live in their own homes and/or their family homes to achieve and improve their quality of life.
WORKING HOURS
- 12-hour day
- 12- hour waking nights
- Permanent assignments available on a 4 / 3 roster working
- Part Time Hours Available
Required
Full UK driving license
Have access to own vehicle
*If you have already have clinical skills complex care management this is an advantage, however individualised induction training will be given to the successful candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Have experience working in Complex Care in the UK for at least 6 months
Have the ability to communicate clearly with vulnerable people and their families.
You will be BSL Level 2 Trained
Competent IT skills
An interest in people and a commitment to helping others.
