Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team on the night shift in Dorset.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse during night hours, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of organization and efficiency.

- Receive, store, and dispatch goods according to warehouse procedures and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure data integrity
- Organize and arrange products in the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly targets and deadlines
- Report any discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management
- Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks as required
Qualifications
